Kuih Lapis is the most attractive dessert for my daughter. This Dessert is a traditional Asian dessert popular in Malaysia, Indonesia, and Singapore.  

Kuih Lapis is a steam cake, and usually prepared as a layered cake consisting of rice flour, tapioca flour, water, sugar, coconut milk, pandan leaves, and red, green, or pink food coloring.  

The dessert built up of nine layers of rice pudding. It has a wobbly and soft texture with a distinctive coconut milk flavor.
