Rava dosa or rava thosai, it like the normal thosai but rava thosia have an additional of Semolina (rava or cream of wheat). it is a quick and popular variant of thosai from the South Indian cuisine.   

The dish texture is crispy, netted and thin crepes. it is incredibly easy to make and requires no grinding or fermentation, unlike the traditional thosai.   

You can find it around Kuala Lumpur city at Mamak restaurant.  It is usually served in the morning as breakfast.
