Rice Porridge is porridge that made of rice, as it cooked the rice until it become gelatinize. As we know the grain used to produce a porridge, but in Malaysia the rice is used to make a food dish referred as Bubur Nasi or Rice Congee.

The Porridge is made with rice, water, and seasonings such as salt and white pepper. When the rice for the Porridge is allowed to enlarge in size, the food dish becomes somewhat mushy and very moist.
